6DollarShirts wants everyone to be able to browse, shop and get help on our website, including people who use assistive technology. We are committed to making www.6dollarshirts.com accessible and to improving it over time.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with disabilities, including people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have limited movement or cognitive disabilities.

What we have done

  • Organized pages with clear headings and page regions so screen reader users can move around easily.
  • Added a "Skip to content" link and visible focus outlines for people who use a keyboard.
  • Labeled product options (style, color and size), quantity controls and buttons for screen readers.
  • Added text descriptions to product images.
  • Checked text and button colors for readable contrast.
  • Allowed zooming and pinch-to-zoom on phones and tablets.
  • Tested our main pages with automated accessibility tools on desktop and mobile.

Known limitations

  • Checkout: our checkout is provided and maintained by Shopify. You can read about Shopify's accessibility work at shopify.com/accessibility.
  • Third-party features: some features, such as the cart drawer, chat, reviews and pop-ups, come from outside providers and may not always meet our standard. We review them regularly.
  • Product images: we add new designs often. If an image description is missing or unclear, please let us know.
