Our Story

How it all started

In fall of 2008, the financial meltdown and "Great Recession" were in full swing. People were out of work and money was tight. Probably not the best time to start a business, but in uncertainty is opportunity. There were a handful of online T-shirt stores at the time; mostly selling their shirts for $15–$20 each. We knew in order to make this work we would have to be different: offer a bulk deal with low margins and focus on volume. Sell more shirts, create more jobs, serve more customers. People will still need T-shirts for themselves and for gifts — just keep them affordable!

The plan worked, and here we are, years later, still "slingin' dem tees" all over the world. Our shirts have been worn by dozens of TV and movie characters, musicians and artists, athletes and celebrities. We've gotten shout-outs from presidential candidates and have been featured in countless news articles and publications. One of the biggest thrills is spotting someone wearing one of our shirts in the wild. If we run into you wearing one at a pub, we'll buy you a pint!

We print and ship every shirt from our facility in Gainesville, Florida. To ensure the best possible products and customer service, we do not use third-party printers or fulfillment services. We print on quality brands such as Gildan, Tultex and Next Level Apparel, and leverage wholesale pricing to pass the savings on to you. There have been many innovations and improvements to our printing process over the years. We currently use the latest in digital direct-to-film (DTF) technology — the quality and colors are amazing even after over 100 washes!
