"Yes yes y'all, and you don't stop" is the first line in the song Posse in Effect from the Beastie Boys album Licensed to Ill, released in 1986. Is that not what this is referencing? Because I'm pretty sure it is unless that line was used somewhere that predates Licensed to Ill.
