Party Cat is a fantastic shirt, it lets people know that you 1) like to party and 2) like cats. Party Cat is also very smug, he knowns he likes to party and he doesn't really care what you think. He is comfortable with himself.
The other day I was walking through a park and a homeless guy yelled "I LOVE THE CAT WITH THE DUNCE CAP" at me. There was no need to correct him. Party Cat does not care if homeless dudes thinks he is wearing a dunce cap.
