In submitting a design to 6DollarShirts.com, you agree to the following terms:
All submitted designs are to be no more than two ink colors (The third color will be the shirt itself). Designs having more than two ink colors will not be eligible to win.
All designs must be the original work of the person who is uploading the submission.
Works published anywhere else are not eligible for the contest.
Celebrities, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material may not be used in your design.
All submitted designs become the temporary property of 6DollarShirts.com for 90 days from the original submission date. During that period the participant should not use the designs for any other reason. If your design is printed by us in that 90 day period, you understand that we retain exclusive rights to that design for commercial use on apparel and other products, and you hereby assign such rights to 6DollarShirts.com. If you are not in agreement with this please do not submit a design on our site. If we don't print your design within the 90 day period, you automatically retain full rights to the design and may have your design removed from the Submission gallery by contacting us.
We reserve the right to reject any submission we deem offensive or inappropriate.
We reserve the right to remove your design from the gallery for any reason.
We reserve the right to make changes to your design that will make the printing process easier. This could result in an ink color or sizing change.
Winners will be chosen every Saturday by midnight and will be announced the following week. Although we try to pick 5 winners per week, we reserve the right to pick less if submission quality is not up to our standards.
Weekly prizes are awarded as follows:
Winners recieve $400 cash + $100 store credit
Each winner will receive their cash prize in U.S. Dollars via PayPal, and a 6DollarShirts.com gift certificate to be used as store credit. You will receive the cash and credit within 30 days after we receive the high resolution version of your design.
